How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes between 7-14 business days. Tracking information is provided for every order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are still intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Are Lucky Harvey watches water-resistant?
Yes, our watches typically feature a water resistance rating of 3ATM to 5ATM, making them resistant to splashes and rain. We do not recommend wearing them while swimming or diving.
Do my items come with a warranty?
Every Lucky Harvey timepiece comes with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
